High Pressure Suspension Mill

HGM series of grinding mill is used to grind non-flammable and non-explosive material with Moh's hardness below 6. The main materials are: calcite, gypsum, talc, feldspar, barite, kaolin, etc. Because skillful design of roller and roller assembly in main frame, material could be ground for many times from upper part to lower part. Roller centrifugal force is used fully, material touches ring completely, so final product is very fine. The fineness of final product is between 5 and 45 micrometers, the final product can be used in chemical industry, medicine, construction, etc. Such as paint, pastel, pulp additive, etc.
Design of HGM series of grinding mill changes structure of traditional grinding mill. Roller and ring are made from hard alloy, life of grinding mill is longer, spare parts are seldom changed, there is no bearing in grinding mill, maintenance becomes easier, damaging rate is less and use efficiency is higher. This grinding mill can replace American jet mill in some fields, less investment but more commercial value for grinding mill. 1. Compared with other mills, its capacity increases by 10%-20% under the same power condition, and compression force of rollers to material improve 800-1200kgf under the force of high-pressure spring.
2. Size of final product can be 0.613mm (30mesh) –0.033mm (425mesh). Some can reach the fineness of 0.013mm (1000 mesh).
3. High Pressure Suspension Mill meets the requirement of national dust-dump standard.
4. The separator can be adjusted very easily.
5. The multi-class seals are adopted to keep the grinding equipment tightly closed.
